More recently, Baseline has added a speed radar to the road in order to let people know they are moving too fast. However, this I have already proven may not have the impact we think. With my field observation it has been concluded that these speed radars do not work. We are planning to do another field observation to compare the fear aftermath new and old data. While we will not serving from the same spots we hope to give our readers more diverse data in order to draw the conclusion that these speed radars, school zones, and heavy signage works or not. More updates coming soon!
